EV Stations

There are ChargePoint EV stations available to employees of 12348 High Bluff Drive. They are located near the north-west side of the building.

For access please complete the EV Access Form.

Tenant Shower Rooms

Del Mar Tech Center offers two shower rooms on the first floor of the building, available to all tenants. Lockers are also provided for tenant use.

Bicycle Parking

There is public bicycle parking available in the building’s parking garage. Private bicycle storage space is also available. Please contact the Building Management Office for more information.
